Complaints Procedure

  • Acknowledging Your Complaint

    From the receipt of your complaint we will send you an acknowledgement within 5 working days. Please note should your complaint be made more than six months after you became aware of the cause of the complaint, we reserve the right to decline the complaint. Please be assured that we will confirm to you in writing if the complaint is made outside the time limit.

    Investigating Your Complaint

    Your complaint will be investigated by an independent complaints handler. Once we have concluded the investigation we will provide you with our findings within 2 weeks.

    Informing You of Our Desicion

    You will receive a full account of our investigation and our decision in writing
